573,869 hectares of arable land, farmed by 64,629 agricultural holdings across the Veneto plain.

PrecisionFert is a PEI-AGRI Operational Group funded by the Complemento di Sviluppo Rurale per il Veneto 2023–2027 (Rural Development Complement for Veneto). Over 24 months, seven partners are working to extend across the Veneto plain an approach already applied with SmartFit to nitrogen management, broadening it to phosphorus and potassium through digital tools for precision fertilisation.
